When kids dance!

We all know the importance of our children having an outer school activity in order to build their physic and mental health . Our little students learn to express through dancing. When a child starts dancing he learns how to move in space, he uses different levels of movement and he starts to distinguish different rhythms of music.

According to Platon dance is the ideal way of education as it combines the cultivation of the soul through music and of the body through exercise, thus he recommended it not only to pregnant women, but also to children from their infant age (Mouratidis 2000).
