We all know the importance of our children having an outer school activity in order to build their physic and mental health . Our little students learn to express through dancing. When a child starts dancing he learns how to move in space, he uses different levels of movement and he starts to distinguish different rhythms of music.
Let’s not forget that while the body grows, evolves with the help of dance and the constant movement. Our little dancers benefit not only by excercising their muscles but they also are learning to control their bodies, they come in contact with other children in a safe and healthy environment and as a result they increase their social skills. They learn to cooperate with each other and become members of a group and also work individually at the same time disciplining their bodies and minds.
For many children dance is the first after school activity that definitely strengthens their abilities.
The youngest students learn to turn around, to define their personal space, to coordinate their hand and feet and all these through entertaining dance exercises.
