The Dance Club The Mall of Dance family spent an amazing three days visiting the artificial Plastira Lake, the mountainous Elati, the imposing Meteora and the picturesque Pertouli. After so many competitions, events, seminars and endless hours of training and lessons, we all deserved some rest combined with endless fun. Starting early on Friday morning, to seize the day, the first stop was of course the Kierion and Mouzaki hotel to drop off our luggage and celebrate our arrival with a welcome drink, which couldn’t have been more from tsipouro local with meze.
First destination was Pezoulas Beach in Plastira Lake where we had a coffee and started the activities with the best team from Tavropos Activities (www.tavropos.com).One of our favorite sports was water cycling. The children, let alone the adults, seemed to enjoy it and the time passed pleasantly for everyone! Returning to the hotel for some rest is necessary to recharge our batteries and prepare for our first night! At 20:30 we all gathered at Mouzaki for a delicious dinner, anticipating a promising evening! At 22:30 everyone was ready and the party BEGAN!!! In this large family, a day without dancing is considered a wasted day. The celebration that followed was unprecedented…
Waking up the next morning was difficult after so much dancing, but at the same time exciting knowing what awaited us. After we had breakfast, we boarded for Kerketio Extreme Sports in Pertouli. Activities such as horse riding, archery, airgun shooting and pig shooting were not lacking. At the altar of all this fun, a grill was organized with 800 straws (for the Thessaloniki souvlaki) and a feast in the meadow.On the way back to the hotels to rest, we made a stop for a walk in the picturesque Elati to enjoy its mountainous landscape among the fir trees, which is amphitheatrically built at an altitude of 921 meters on Mount Kerketio with only 406 permanent residents. Saturday night included food, drink and non-stop dancing to the beats of DJ Kostas at the Mouzaki Hotel in the Argithea hall.
The filming was not painful, since we felt so full of experiences and moments that we would call them ΄΄family΄΄. Family, after all, is not always those who have the same blood as you, but a place to feel safe and secure, to feel that you belong somewhere.
