FoxTrot: An Elegant Dance

Foxtrot was created in 1914 and named after American performer Harry Fox.

In one of his performances, Harry Fox began trotting by dancing to wild music. The audience was fascinated by his dance and called him Fox’s trot or Foxtrot.

Foxtrot gained great popularity with American audiences, but it soon turned out that the intense mobility of the dance quickly tired the dancers..

Fast and intense movements were replaced by more gentle and gentle movements

This variation of the Foxtrot was immediately blown away and has since established itself as one of the main soft dances.
