Mambo ( on 2):Time To Learn 'Turns'

Mambo was developed in Cuba by Haitians who moved there in the 16th century.

Mambo’s music was created by combining Cuban and Swing music and is a forerunner to Cha cha dance which is a variation of Mambo.

From mambo turn out salsa and belongs to the category of American Style Ballroom Dancing. The rhythm of the steps is unusual compared to most other dances and has been characterized as the ultimate dance of “dizziness”, due to the fact that its pace consists of many turns!

Mambo continues from his birth until today to be taught, danced in the ballrooms, offering joy and energy. Listening to the music, it’s hard not to get up and rock to the beat even if you haven’t learned the steps.

This dance offers speed in the legs, explosiveness and harmony.
