Health protection is not only about confinement inside the home to avoid exposure to the risk of the virus!

It also has to do with the way we handle our thoughts and our body in order to avoid an intense mental illness, such as melancholy and consequently depression. The complete inactivation of the body can bring a lot of problems when the time comes to reintegrate into our previous normal schedule!
